Making Me A Mommy Conference – Vendor Terms & Conditions
 

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Making Me A Mommy Conference, hosted by Making Me A Mommy Nonprofit Organization. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before securing your vendor spot:
 

1. Non-Refundable Fees

All vendor payments are non-refundable. This includes cancellations by the vendor for any reason, including personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure your availability before submitting payment.
 

2. Liability

Making Me A Mommy Nonprofit and its affiliates, sponsors, and event organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendors are solely responsible for the safety and security of their products, equipment, and personal belongings during the event.
 

3. Set-Up & Breakdown

Vendors are expected to arrive on time for set-up and be fully prepared before the event begins. Breakdown must not occur before the event officially ends, unless prior written permission is granted.
 

4. Tables & Chairs

If you have requested tables or chairs, please note that availability is limited and not guaranteed. We encourage vendors to bring their own setup materials as needed. All setups must be professional and within the space allotted.
 

5. Conduct

All vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Offensive or inappropriate behavior toward attendees, organizers, or fellow vendors will result in immediate removal from the event with no refund.
 

6. Licensing & Permits

Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, or certifications required to sell or display their products/services at the event.
 

7. Marketing & Promotion

Vendor registration does not include featured promotion unless it is specified in the vendor package. We encourage vendors to promote their own participation via social media and other channels.
 

8. Changes & Cancellations

The event schedule, layout, and vendor assignments are subject to change at the discretion of the event organizers. If the event is postponed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, vendor fees may be credited toward a future event, but will not be refunded.
